Welcome to Raiders Enterprises. By engaging with our services, purchasing our products, or accessing our platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These govern all use of Raiders and Branded products, whet her through digital storefronts, direct trade, or via our distribution partners globally.

1. Craftsmanship Warranty & Authenticity

Every Raider product carries the signature of authentic craftsmanship from our production units in Sialkot, Pakistan, and is subject to a Quality Assurance Seal. Any unauthorized duplication or misrepresentation of our brand, design, or labels constitutes a violation of international trade and intellectual property laws. Raiders reserves the right to pursue legal action globally.

2. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

All orders are subject to availability, production capacity, and export compliance checks. Raiders retains the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders at any stage due to factors such as raw material shortages, legal restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. Custom orders may be subject to minimum order quantities and extended lead times.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

Orders are shipped Ex Works (EXW) – Sialkot or Dubai, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Delays due to customs, logistics strikes, or force majeure events are not the liability of Raiders Enterprises.

4. Pricing & International Duties

Prices are exclusive of VAT, import duties, and handling charges unless explicitly stated. Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes and compliance with import regulations in their destination country.

5. Returns, Claims & Dispute Resolution

Returns are not accepted for demonstrable manufacturing defects but can be Return in Next order with a satisfied Discount and Return must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No returns for customized or personalized goods. Disputes shall be settled under the Laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Sialkot District Court SCCI or through mutual arbitration in Dubai, UAE or Sialkot at Raiders’ discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, brand names, product designs, and web content are proprietary to Raiders Enterprises. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to, counterfeiting, replication, and resale under false branding, is strictly prohibited and enforceable under WIPO conventions and applicable national laws.

7. Force Majeure

Raiders is not liable for any breach or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemics, cyberattacks, or governmental restrictions affecting trade.

8. Confidentiality & Trade Ethics

Raiders reserves the right to decline any business relationship that may compromise our commitment to ethical sourcing, fair labor practices, and environmental standards. Any confidential designs, product prototypes, or business terms shared must be treated as strictly confidential, and non-disclosure is implied upon engagement.

9. Digital Use & Liability

Website and digital content usage must comply with international cybersecurity norms. Raiders shall not be liable for any digital harm, data loss, or third-party interference incurred during interaction with our online platforms.

10. Amendments & Validity

Raiders reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. Continued business with us constitutes acceptance of any revisions. Latest version is always available on our official website or by written request.

11. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. Custom orders require advance payment. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card (where applicable). All prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated.
